All of our decorations with helium or floating balloons last about 9-10 hours. We DO NOT guarantee longer time because it depends on the weather conditions of your location.
Outside decorations need special set up installation and bases. There is an extra charge for this service. Please be advised that if you do not specify these details your decoration may fly away.
We are not responsible for any weather changes, sun or rain and the damage that it may cause to the decoration.
Once we deliver the decoration and you accept it. We do not come back for refills. The decoration will now be under your responsibility.
If you want your decoration to be delivered or installed before 9 am o 6 pm we request an extra charge.
If you want your decoration to be made and delivered within 24 hours there is a rush fee charge that will be requested from you.
All of our deliveries are performed during the morning or the afternoon not specific time. If you desire a specific time please call us to place your order and we will place order for additional cost.
The photos are for reference, and although we guarantee the delivery of an arrangement with excellent quality, the balloon arrangement may vary depending on our inventory existence
NO EXCEPTIONS: ALL ORDERS FOR THE WEEKEND MUST BE PLACED BEFORE FRIDAY AT 12 PM. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AFTER 12 PM YOU MAY RISK YOUR DECORATION TO NOT BE DONE OR DELIVERED ON THE DAY YOU DESIRE. IT MAY BE MOVED TO MONDAY OR TUESDAY.
We will upload to our social networks or website photos of the customer and their decoration or bouquet, if we do not agree to have those images posted please notify us. We promise not to publish the customer however if we will publish our work.
For the delivery service, you must specify the exact address. DecoBalloonByJC is not responsible if the order does not arrive on time or at an erroneous address due to any error that was made at the time of providing the address. Check the address very well before sending it and be as accurate as possible. We suggest sharing the location by WhatsApp to our contact number if you wish, if you send the wrong address, you may have an additional charge for transportation costs.
